Terms of Service
Lawn Care Subscription Terms
1. Service Frequency
Services are provided fortnightly, year-round.
2. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via secure automatic debit.
3. Access
Clients must ensure property access on scheduled service day. Missed access may incur charge.
4. Overgrowth
Excessive overgrowth outside normal maintenance may incur additional fee.
5. Weather Delays
Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.
6. Contract Term
Subscription term is 6 or 12 months from activation date.
7. Cancellation
Early cancellation may incur remaining balance of contract term.
8. Non-Payment
Failed payments may result in suspension of service until resolved.
9. Property Changes
Major landscaping changes may require plan adjustment.
